Clipback uses standard email and password authentication with optional password reset by email. Sessions are protected with JSON Web Tokens, refreshed automatically, and revoked the moment you sign out. There is no third-party social login dependency, no tracking pixel during sign-in and no cross-site authentication broker between you and your projects.
After signing in you land on your dashboard with every active video project, the latest comments waiting for your attention and a clear view of which clients still owe approval. Click into a project to upload a new version, copy a fresh review link or close out a round of feedback. Settings, billing and team management are all one click away from the top navigation.
If you forgot your password, use the reset link below the sign-in form — we email a one-time link that expires after fifteen minutes. If you no longer have access to the original email address, contact support from the public contact page and include the workspace name. We never ask for your password by email or chat.
